广东省第二届粤港澳外语与翻译研究生论坛——征稿通知
为继续搭建粤港澳三地学术交流平台，中山大学将于2017年5月举办“广东省第二届粤港澳外语与翻译研究生论坛”。本论坛现向粤港澳台高校英语相关专业研究生及博士生征稿，详情如下。
征稿方向
本届论坛包括四大征稿方向：
（1）语言学
（2）应用语言学
（3）翻译研究
（4）外国文学
来稿须知
1、来稿须符合征稿方向要求，具原创性和学术价值；
2、8000字以内，中英皆可，文档格式为word；
3、截稿日期：2017年3月25日（原为2月28日）。
4、来稿请发至组委会官方邮箱：pffll2017@163.com（邮件主题：姓名+学校+研究方向(语言学/应用语言学/翻译研究/外国文学）；
5、所有来稿首先将由专家组进行评审，评选出40篇论文参与学术沙龙平行分论坛展示（每个方向各10篇），并筛选10篇优秀论文（不限制方向）参与最终大奖赛。
6、本次论坛不收取任何费用，组委会将为入围并参加论坛的选手提供食宿（粤港澳地区内报销交通费）。
奖项设置
本次论坛最终将评选出一等奖1名、二等奖2名、三等奖3名。获奖论文将收录进入《广东省第二届粤港澳外语与翻译研究生论坛优秀论文集》。

CALL FOR PAPERS
Second Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Postgraduate Forum of Foreign Languages and Translation
1. Forum information:
This Forum aims to provide a platform for postgraduates in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao to develop their ability to conduct academic research and exchange ideas on issues related to linguistics, literature and translation. The Forum is now inviting students to submit academic papers, after which outstanding papers will be selected and the authors be invited to present his/her paper in the forum.
2. Keynote speakers：
During the forum, honored guests are invited to deliver keynote speeches on linguistics and translation. Academic perspectives of various types will be provided to participants through their insightful and inspiring lectures.
3.We invite papers on the following topics:
3.1 Linguistics
3.2 Applied Linguistics
3.3 Translation Studies
3.4 Foreign Literature
4. Guidelines for submission:
4.1 Papers should be submitted in English or Chinese with no more than 8,000 words in WORD format.
4.2 Please submit to: pffll2017@163.com. The email subject line should include your name, institutional affiliation, and research topic (Linguistics/ Applied Linguistics/ Translation Studies/ Foreign Literature).
5. Paper review:
Submitted papers will undergo internal and external reviews.
5.1 After the internal review by professors from Sun Yat-sen University, outstanding papers will be selected to go throw the external review by mid-April.
5.2 After the external review by leading experts in related fields, ten papers will be nominated for the Outstanding Paper Award. Participants will be informed of the results of the review by early-May.
6. Deadline and agenda:
Paper submission deadline: 28th February, 2017, now extended to 25th March, 2017.
